How to use your gift voucher

Simply call our reception team and book in your appointment, be sure to tell them that you have a gift voucher and have your 6 letter reference code (#ABCDE)

If you're booking for a friend or relative we will need their full name, date of birth and the 6 digit reference code. We can then add their credit on to the system ready for when they call to book.

Paper vouchers are also available on collection from the clinic, please just let us know in advance and we can get these ready for you
