*We are now open*

As always, the health and safety of staff and patients are of paramount importance, this remains our first priority. Please take note of the following changes to practice:

What we are doing to keep you safe:

  • I will be wearing disposable gloves, a mask and a visor. My uniform and clinic tunic will be washed after each shift and I will be covering my tunic with a disposable apron for each appointment

  • Disinfecting all equipment, surfaces and door handles etc before every appointment

  • Washing my hands before and after every appointment

  • Spacing patient appointments apart by 30 minutes to avoid any risk of cross-contact and to ventilate the treatment room

  • Closing the waiting room for now to avoid cross-contamination. Bathroom/changing facilities remain available and will be disinfected after every use

  • Our reception team are screening all incoming calls for any patients who may have or have been in contact with COVID-19

  • An online payment system is now in place if you wish to pay in advance of the appointment. In house payments will be card only for now

What you need to do:

  • It will be compulsory for all patients to wear a mask on entering the clinic, please provide your own mask if you have one

  • Please arrive at the exact time of your appointment, if you are early please wait in your car or outside of the clinic until it is time to come in

  • As you enter the clinic please wash your hands and/or use the hand sanitiser provided

  • Monitor your own health and ensure you do not come into the clinic if you are feeling unwell or displaying any of the following COVID-19 related symptoms; fever, cough, difficulty breathing, chest tightness, loss of senses taste or smell, myalgia or fatigue.

  • Do not come into the clinic if you have been in recent contact with anybody diagnosed with COVID-19.

We will be closely monitoring and adhering to all of the recommended health and workplace guidance put in place by our leading health organisations and the government.

Thank you again for your co-operation and understanding throughout these unsettling times.
