As always, the health and safety of staff and patients are of paramount importance, this remains our first priority. Please take note of the following changes to practice:
What we are doing to keep you safe:

For each shift we will be wearing clean uniform and PPE, this includes; a mask, disposable gloves and apron

Disinfecting all equipment, surfaces and door handles etc before every appointment

Washing hands before and after every appointment

Regularly ventilating the treatment room and spacing patient appointments by 15 mins where possible

The waiting room and bathroom/changing facilities are both available and will be disinfected after every use

Our reception team are screening all incoming calls for any patients who may have or have been in contact with COVID-19

An online payment system is now in place if you wish to pay in advance of the appointment. In house payments will be card only for now

What you need to do:

It will be compulsory for all patients to wear a mask on entering the clinic, please provide your own mask if you have one

Please aim to arrive exactly on time to avoid crossing paths with other patients inside the clinic

As you enter the clinic please wash your hands and/or use the hand sanitiser provided by the front door

Monitor your own health and ensure you do not come into the clinic if you are feeling unwell or displaying any of the following COVID-19 related symptoms; fever, cough, difficulty breathing, chest tightness, loss of senses taste or smell, myalgia or fatigue

Do not come into the clinic if you have been in recent contact with anybody diagnosed with COVID-19
